nRole: Sales Executive – Real Estate
nLocation: North Bangalore
nExperience: 1–3 years in Real Estate Sales / Property Consulting / Business Development
nSalary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month*
nPlus: Performance-based incentives & bonuses
nWhat you'll do

- Handle qualified leads and prospective buyersn
- Understand client requirements, budgets, and preferencesn
- Conduct client meetings and property/site visitsn
- Present residential projectsn
- Explain pricing, payment plans, and investment potentialn
- Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipelinen
- Negotiate and work towards successful closuresn




- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedulesn
- Achieve monthly sales targetsn
- Build long-term relationships with clients and referral networksn

nWhat we're looking for

- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales / property consulting / business developmentn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skillsn
- Confident in conducting client meetings and site visitsn
- Strong follow-up and negotiation abilitiesn
- Target-oriented and hungry to earnn
- Positive understanding of the Bengaluru real estate market is an advantagen
- Comfortable using CRM, Excel/MS Office and digital sales toolsn
- Willing to travel for site visits and work on weekends when requiredn
