nResponsible for supporting business processes within Global Business Services, driving program management including but not limited to governance, transition and continuous improvements
nJob Responsibilities

- Responsible for operational excellence in line with GBS operating model by driving governance framework as per GBS operating modeln
- Drive governance for GBS operational plansn
- Publish operational dashboards. Trend and analyze for governancen
- Track execution of operational actions. Report against plan on outcomes realized from actionsn
- Champion Continuous Improvement Initiatives at GBSn
- Drive meeting as per agreed governance framework for all processesn
- Ensure transition excellence by implementing 6D methodology for all process transfersn
- Manage RAID (Risk, Action, Issue, Decision) across GBS for people, process and systemsn
- Escalate process risks and issues appropriately collaboratively with the Service Leaders and Operational Leadersn
- Support Quality Management Team for activities as alignedn




- Support regulatory and customer audits, when requiredn
- Escalate unresolved issues to immediate supervisorn
- Works in a safe manner collaborating as a team member to achieve all outcomes.n
