DESCRIPTION: The Senior Facilities Co-ordinator - EHS will be responsible for driving site-level Environment, Health & Safety programs at the Bengaluru office. The role will focus fully on core EHS operations,



including employee and contractor safety, emergency preparedness, EHS training, incident reporting, Permit-to-Work controls, Management of Change, statutory and internal compliance, audits, and implementation of Thermo Fisher EHS standards. The position is critical to maintaining a secure, compliant, and audit-ready workplace, particularly as Bengaluru continues to grow as a key global site with increasing employee presence in office. Key Responsibilities EHS Governance & Compliance Support implementation of site-level EHS programs in line with Thermo Fisher global EHS standards and applicable local requirements. Maintain EHS documentation, compliance trackers, risk assessments, incident records, action trackers, and audit evidence.
