About the Role

Vijay Copolymers is looking for an experienced and technically skilled Technician to join our R&D; Department . The candidate will be responsible for supporting machine development, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Support R&D; activities related to industrial machinery and equipment.
- Perform machine assembly, testing, adjustment, and troubleshooting.
- Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
- Assist in machine trials, testing, and performance evaluation.
- Support modification and improvement of existing machines.
- Read and understand mechanical drawings, layouts, and technical documents.
- Work closely with the R&D;, production, and technical teams.




- Maintain records of machine trials, technical issues, modifications, and test results.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Follow company safety procedures and technical standards.
- Carry out other technical responsibilities assigned by the management.

Requirements
Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, or related technical field .
- Relevant hands-on experience in industrial machinery, automation, machine maintenance, assembly, or technical development.

- Age: 35–45 Years
- Gender: Male / Female – Open to Both
- Marital Status: Married candidates preferred
- Technically skilled, responsible, practical, and problem-solving oriented.
- Candidates with strong hands-on industrial experience will be preferred.

Required Skills
- Solid mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills.
