Position Overview Manage a portfolio focused on recourse commercial real estate transactions within the Wealth Management division. Partner directly with Relationship Managers and product specialists -and, where required, with clients- to understand credit requirements and optimize risk structures. Provide detailed risk analysis, communicate decisions promptly and transparently and clearly document approval conditions. Monitor the portfolio to identify emerging risks promptly and assess how global, regional, and local market events could affect individual exposures and the portfolio as a whole. Maintain satisfactory portfolio quality by managing risk concentrations and limits within approved risk appetite and in accordance with applicable policies and regulations. Work with both internal and external auditors to ensure that audits progress smoothly and any issues raised are resolved promptly.



Support any ad hoc projects assigned. Maintain solid credit and operational discipline by ensuring that trades are properly booked and recorded, covenants and conditions are monitored on time, credit terms are documented accurately, and risk-reporting systems contain complete, timely, and accurate information.
