Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to join our Data/Analytics/ Performance Management team. This critical role will be at the forefront of driving data-led transformation, operational excellence, and strategic insights within our core banking operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of banking processes, coupled with exceptional analytical capabilities and a proven track record of implementing significant operational improvements. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for: • Strategic Data Leadership: Lead the strategy and execution of data-driven initiatives within operations, identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and enhanced decision-making. • Insights & Analytics: Develop and implement robust analytical frameworks to extract meaningful insights from operational data.



Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior management to optimize performance, reduce risk, and improve customer experience. • Operational Excellence: Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across functions. Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for automation, leading improvement projects from conception to completion. • Transformation & Change Management: Spearhead large-scale transformation projects, leveraging data and technology to re-engineer processes, implement recent systems, and enhance overall efficiency. Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new methodologies and tools. • Banking Domain Expertise: Apply extensive knowledge of banking operations (e.g., payments, trade finance, account services, reconciliations, loan operations) to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metric
