This Position reports to: Regional Customer Support Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a design authority for an engineering discipline with low to medium complexity. Each day, you will complete assignments on small projects or portions of larger projects in a cost-effective manner. You will be mainly accountable for: Providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers and application engineers, resolving product, software, and application-related issues through remote support channels. Identifying and diagnosing automation system challenges, delivering timely solutions to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction. Building and maintaining positive customer relationships by facilitating effective communication and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Planning and executing technical support activities, including issue escalation, problem resolution, and collaboration with global teams to implement cutting-edge solutions and best practices.
