Job Overview Support the development and configuration of a variety of areas of the ServiceNow platform. Primarily CSM (customer service management) MCO and its Integrations with a broad variety of Enterprise applications. Responsible for researching, planning, and delivering solutions as defined in the ServiceNow roadmap. Perform all necessary discovery and fact finding to fully understand more complex business problems and opportunities and independently execute all assignments. Establishes and manages system integrations and automations in ServiceNow. Using SCRUM / Agile methodologies design and develop / configure forms, workflows, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting.



Create and configure Notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc. in ServiceNow Researches and applies available ServiceNow hotfixes, patches and upgrades while ensuring configurations and customizations function as expected. Offer technical solutions to address complex requirements. Evaluate alternate solutions, identify the best option, and implement the solution. What your background should look like: 3-5 years of experience as a key technical resource executing on design and development on the ServiceNow Platform. In-depth understanding of and experience working with Enterprise Service Management processes In-depth knowledge of UI design and robust UI programming skills along with Service Portal configuration and Reporting and Analytic Hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and customizing Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, etc.) Proficien
