Job Overview TE Connectivity's Quality team is responsible for all or part of an organization's Quality Management System, including conformance and continuous improvement initiatives. They work on systemic evaluation of products, manufacturing, or business processes, to ensure that standards of quality are being met. Develop and implement quality plans, programs and procedures using quality control statistics, lean manufacturing concepts, and six-sigma tools and analyses. They review, analyze and report on quality discrepancies, investigate problems and executes quality audits, and develops disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies. The team works closely with manufacturing, engineering, customers,



or suppliers and subcontractors to ensure requirements are met. Job Requirements 1. Improve customer satisfaction through Quality way. 2. Lead and develop Quality subordinates for organizational performance. 3. Offer exceptional support to customers and team, ensuring quality standards on time. 4. Should have experience in the past on aerospace Migration / transfer projects from end to end. 5. Exposure on Stage Gate/ Gate review Mechanism related Processes 6. Build relationships with Production, Engineering and Manufacturing teams. 7. Solve Quality issues through root cause analysis preferably 8D and drive continuous improvement. 8. Maintain reliable Measurement systems and report Monthly Quality metrics timely. 9.
