The India EHS&S; leader in collaboration with the India leadership team ensures and monitors safety in the workplace and compliance with all environmental requirements. Including the application and communication of health, safety, environmental procedures and practices consistent with established safety and environmental regulations. Responsibilities will include working closely with site EHS&S; leaders to support and encourage consistency in EHS programs. The job holder will also provide direct EHS&S; leadership for the India Shared Service site,



Corporate office and the Engineering Laboratory and office. The position will be based at the India Shared Service building in Bangalore and report to the GM, Managing Director-TE India with functional EHS&S; reporting to the Corporate EH&S; Leader Job Responsibilities: Build and maintain a positive and solid culture of engagement in EHS&S.; Ensure compliance with all safety, health and environmental legislations as per local statutory requirements and global TE guidelines. Monitor legislation changes and ensure new requirements are implemented. Participate in reviews of third-party compliance audits in collaboration with site and business unit EHS&S; leaders. Maintain an effective EHS&S; management system for the Engineering Laboratory location.
