Position Overview Role Description The Cyber Hygiene Team Lead / Project Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of Cyber Hygiene engineering initiatives, driving strategic security programs, and coordinating cross-functional teams to improve the organization's security posture. The role combines project management, stakeholder leadership, delivery governance, and technical oversight across cloud security, vulnerability management, application security, and security automation initiatives. Manage the Cyber Hygiene engineering roadmap, priorities, dependencies, risks, and milestones. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Security Engineering, Operations, Cloud, DevSecOps, Application Security, and Platform teams. Provide delivery governance through planning, progress tracking, RAID management, status reporting, and stakeholder communication. Act as the primary escalation point for project risks, issues, and delivery blockers. Drive implementation of security solutions supporting Vulnerability Management, CSPM, CWPP, ACS, and automation initiatives.
