About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager – Commercial Real Estate to lead and strengthen our sales function for current and upcoming commercial projects.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in real estate sales, with mandatory experience in commercial real estate, along with a strong understanding of the Ahmedabad market and an established network of Channel Partners (CPs), brokers, investors, and clients.

About the role

We're hiring a Sales Manager to own commercial sales end to end — from channel partner activation to site visit to closure and collection. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll run a small sales team, bring structure and reporting discipline to the function, and make sure Ahmedabad's channel partner community is consistently bringing clients to our projects.

What you'll do
- Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, site visits, negotiation, closure, and post-booking coordination with legal and finance




- Build and maintain an active channel partner network around every live project — regular CP meets, project briefings, incentive programs, and quick turnaround on CP leads
- coach, and motivate the sales team; set daily and weekly targets and hold the team to them
- Set up and run the reporting cadence: CP activity tracker, customer follow-up pipeline, weekly funnel review with management
- Act as the face of the company at site — walkthroughs, investor meetings, broker presentations,
- Feed market intelligence (pricing, competing inventory, CP sentiment) back to management

What we're looking for
- 6–10 years in real estate sales, with at least 3 years selling commercial (office/retail) inventory for a developer in Ahmedabad
- A robust, active network of channel partners across the city — you should be able to name them
- Track record of leading a sales team, not just closing personally
- Confident, outgoing, and presentable — comfortable in front of HNI investors, corporate occup
