Role Summary

Policybazaar is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Manager – Health Insurance to lead and drive field sales operations in Rohtak. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in insurance sales, proven team-handling capabilities, and a track record of achieving business targets through effective leadership and execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Field Sales Executives.

- Drive the team toward achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets.

- Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews to improve productivity.

- Manage day-to-day field sales operations and ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
/n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.

- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective action plans wherever required.

- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and competitor tracking.
/n
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and regulatory guidelines.

- Drive business growth and maintain consistent sales performance across the assigned territory.

Eligibility Criteria

/n

- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.
/n
- Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Insurance Sales.
/n
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leading and managing Field Sales teams.
/n
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
/n
- Good understanding of the Rohtak/Haryana market and local customer landscape.
/n
- Willingness to work in a target-driven, field-based sales setting.
