• Supporting legal entity management for a portfolio of companies, particularly UK-registered companies. This includes statutory filings, board support and minute taking and possible restructuring of businesses. You will provide support for agenda preparation, quality and timeliness of papers, and preparing minutes and actions.
• Supporting the team on delivering the Company Secretarial intragroup outsourcing arrangements (where the team provides Company Secretarial services to various satellite teams within the Group).
• Supporting the AVP, Company Secretary in the Company Secretariat Risk and Controls Self-Assessment framework and the operation and assessment of key controls relating to legal entity governance and compliance.
