- Install, configure, and manage Windows servers across environments.n
- Perform user administration via AD, OU structure,



and GPO configuration.n
- Handle OS hardening, patching, and compliance checks.n
- Troubleshoot server, network, DNS, and performance issues.n
- Perform backup/restore operations and collaborate with storage teams.n
- Coordinate with network, security, and application teams for incident resolution.n
- Ensure uptime through proactive monitoring and preventive maintenance.n
- Document SOPs, RCA, and technical configurations.n
