Job Summary The Assistant Manager, MIS is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining and enhancing management information reports, dashboards and analytical outputs for Collections and Recoveries operations. The role supports business decision-making through accurate, timely and standardised reporting, robust data controls, process documentation and continuous improvement across markets supported by the Centre of Excellence. Key Responsibilities Strategy • Support the MIS and Collections reporting strategy by delivering reliable, scalable and standardised reporting solutions aligned to business priorities. • Drive automation, simplification and continuous improvement of recurring reports, dashboards and data processes. • Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, translate them into actionable MI outputs and support data-led decision-making. Business • Prepare,



validate and publish daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc MIS reports for Collections and Recoveries operations. • Provide analytical insights on portfolio performance, delinquency, allocation, roll rates, agency performance, productivity, scorecards and operational KPIs. • Ensure business users receive timely and accurate reporting support for performance reviews, governance forums and management updates. Processes • Maintain robust end-to-end reporting processes, including data extraction, transformation, reconciliation, validation and publishing. • Develop and maintain process documentation, report inventories, control checklists and Documents of Instruction to ensure continuity and audit readiness. • Identify reporting defects, data quality issues and process gaps; coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues and implement preventive controls. • Use tools such as Excel, SQL, SAS, P
