Role Purpose The Cash Management Specialist is responsible for managing the daily cash activities of Allianz Partners legal entities by performing daily cash reconciliations, cash forecasting, cash pooling, and cash investment activities. The role ensures effective liquidity management, accurate cash visibility, and optimal utilization of available funds while supporting financial stability and operational efficiency. The position works closely with internal stakeholders and banking partners to monitor cash flows, manage excess liquidity, support investment decisions, and deliver accurate reporting on cash management performance. Key Responsibilities Daily Cash Reconciliation Monitor daily cash balances across assigned bank accounts. Reconcile actual cash balances against previous cash forecasts. Investigate and resolve cash discrepancies and unusual transactions.



Review internal cash transfers and ensure funds are posted to the correct bank accounts. Ensure accuracy and completeness of daily cash reconciliation activities. Daily Cash Forecasting Prepare and maintain accurate daily cash flow forecasts. Analyze daily cash inflows and outflows, including receipts and disbursements. Forecast daily cash positions for each bank account. Ensure cash reporting is completed accurately and within established timelines. Support liquidity planning through proactive cash forecasting activities. Cash Pooling Management Allocate funds between bank accounts to maintain adequate liquidity levels. Execute and monitor cash pooling activities in accordance with company policies. Optimize utilization of available funds within the Allianz Cash Pooling structure.
