Job Description Your Team Responsible for managing the Hyderabad Shared Service Center (SSC) ensuring compliance with Invesco's regulatory & financials reporting requirements. Understands US GAAP and ensures proper accounting treatment of financial transactions. This team supports financial reporting and accounting across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific regions. Your Role Lead and manage the finance process for a global organization,



leveraging a robust working knowledge of accounting and financial systems, with preferred experience in Oracle. Oversee the review of quarterly and annual financial statements, coordinating internal stakeholders and external reviewers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Communicate and interpret financial results, process matters, and evolving accounting guidance to senior management in a clear and actionable manner. Manage relationships with external auditors, addressing financial statement and accounting matters to ensure timely resolution and alignment on accounting positions, disclosures, and judgments. Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of financial services in accordance with US GAAP and agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
