Job Summary • Lead and accelerate process transformation across CIB, WRB and Functions by deploying Process Excellence capabilities to improve client outcomes, operational effectiveness, efficiency, and risk & control. • Partner with senior stakeholders to identify, prioritise and deliver enterprise-wide transformation opportunities aligned to the Bank's ambition to standardise, simplify and digitise. • Build and scale Process Excellence capabilities, embedding a culture of continuous improvement and delivering measurable business outcomes Key Responsibilities • Lead the delivery of enterprise-wide process transformation by leveraging Process Excellence capabilities to drive efficiency, effectiveness, client and colleague experience, and sustainable business value. • Define and execute process transformation roadmaps with Business and Function leaders.



• Lead the deployment of Process Excellence capabilities including Process Universe, Process Reviews, Process Mining and Delivery services. • Drive process redesign, optimisation, automation and simplification opportunities across strategic initiatives. • Influence senior stakeholders to align on transformation priorities, desired outcomes and delivery plans. • Manage programme governance, risks, dependencies, resources, budgets and delivery performance. • Build team capability, develop talent and foster a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous improvement. • Ensure adherence to governance, methodologies and project delivery standards while delivering measurable perks.
