nAbout the role
nQuality in food manufacturing depends on people who notice the details, ask the right questions and follow through. At Vashini Agro, we are looking for Quality Executives who want to apply their knowledge and contribute to protected, consistent food production.
nYou will join our Quality Assurance team and work closely with production and other departments, checking quality from incoming raw materials through to finished products. This role suits someone who enjoys practical work, values accurate records and is willing to speak up when something needs attention.
nKey responsibilities

- n
- Inspect raw materials, in-process materials and finished products against quality requirements.n
- Conduct or support microbiological, physical and chemical testing, as applicable.n
- Monitor hygiene, cleaning, sanitation and housekeeping practices on the factory floor.n
- Check adherence to standard operating procedures,



GMP, GHP, HACCP and food safety requirements.n
- Maintain accurate inspection records, test reports and quality documentation.n
- Identify and report quality or food safety concerns, and work with relevant teams to resolve them.n
- Support investigations into customer complaints and non-conformities, including corrective and preventive actions.n
- Assist with internal and external audits, regulatory inspections and traceability activities.n
- Coordinate with external laboratories when required.n
- Contribute to practical improvements in quality and food safety.n

nQualifications
nA relevant qualification in Food Technology, Food Science or Microbiology, such as:

- n
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Microbiology or Food Science & Technology.n
- B.Tech. / M.Tech. in Food Technology.n
- Other relevant food science or microbiology qualifications.n

nExperience
n1–2 years of relevant experie
