NWe are looking for a Project Manager to join our Product & Technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end understanding, monitoring, and management of all APIs integrated and offered by BeFiSc covering API operations, vendor alignment, incident management, and sales-to-tech coordination and will work closely with relevant internal and external stakeholders to achieve business and organizational objectives.
NThe candidate should haverelevant experience in API/product management within a technology or fintech environment, robust knowledge of API lifecycle management, vendor coordination, and incident/support management, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and growing technology environment.

NAPI lifecycle management request-response flows, authentication protocols, rate limits, and error handling
NVendor management API documentation, multi-vendor comparison, pricing, and contractual/SLA compliance
NIncident and support ticket management with severity-based SLA handling
NAPI monitoring and quality assurance (uptime, latency, output validation)
NAPI monitoring/dashboarding tools and documentation platforms

NRequired Qualifications &Experience;
NBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred)
