About the Role:
nWe are looking for a creative, detail-oriented and product-minded UI/UX Designer to work with us on an upcoming digital product.

nWe are not looking for someone who only creates visually attractive screens. We need a designer who can understand the complete product journey , identify gaps in workflows , simplify complex user experiences and translate business requirements into intuitive, modern and scalable designs. The ideal candidate should combine robust UI/UX design skills with product thinking and be comfortable working closely with Founders, Product, Technology and Development teams.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Understand business and product requirements and translate them into effective user experiences.n
- Create complete end-to-end user journeys and product flows.n
- Develop wireframes, information architecture and interactive prototypes.n
- Design clean, modern and intuitive mobile-first interfaces.n
- Create high-fidelity designs using Figma.n




- Design complete application flows instead of working only on individual screens.n
- Identify missing steps, usability issues and gaps within product workflows.n
- Suggest improvements to user journeys based on usability and product logic.n
- Work closely with Founders and Product stakeholders to understand business requirements.n
- Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure designs are practical and implementation-ready.n
- Clearly define screen states, interactions and user behaviour.n
- Design empty states, error states, success states, loading states and edge-case scenarios.n
- Maintain design consistency across the product.n
- Build and maintain reusable components and a scalable Design System.n
- Create responsive layouts wherever required.n
- Review implemented screens and coordinate with developers for design corrections.n
- Continuously improve the product experience based on feedback and evolving requirements.n
