Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Executive will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to closing offers — for technical and non-technical roles across the organization. This role requires strong stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, and a proactive approach to building talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation




- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), employee referrals, social media, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring panels
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate data and pipeline status
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Negotiate salary and close offers in line with company compensation guidelines
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) and report to HR leadership
