We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IoT Business Development Specialist to work directly with the Founder and is passionate about technology and thrives in fast-paced, customer-focused environments . You will play a key role in driving sales, building relationships, and expanding our market presence across the mobility and transport ecosystem.
nKey Responsibilities

- Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship building.n
- Sell AI dashcams , and EV fleet management software to Enterprise Fleet Operators, New Age EV Companies and School Transportation Providersn
- Understand client needs, conduct product demos, and deliver tailored solutions that add measurable value.n
- Build long-term customer relationships to drive upsell, cross-sell, and account growth .n
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Operations) to align on customer requirements and market trends.n




- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and data-driven decision-making.n

nDesired Candidate Profile

- Minimum 5 years of B2B Sales experience in Automotive, Transportation, Telematics, or SaaS startups .n
- Strong track record in lead pipeline management and experience using Sales CRM tools .n
- Skilled in product demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements .n
- Passionate about technology and innovation in mobility.n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer management skills.n
- Self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic about meeting clients and building relationships.n
- Constant learner with a sharp eye on market trends and competitor insights .n
