nprofessionals make the right career decisions. As we scale, the volume of learners and conversations increases, but maintaining trust, clarity, and quality in each interaction becomes harder. This role exists to ensure that every learner interaction is thoughtful, consultative,



and outcome-driven, not transactional.

nThe Role
nAs a Business Development Executive, you will work closely with learners to understand their goals and guide them toward the right programs. You will own the journey from the first conversation to final enrolment, ensuring clarity, trust, and a strong learner experience throughout.

- Understanding learner goals and guiding them with clarity and empathyn
- Follow-ups, objection handling, and decision supportn

- Contributing insights to improve product, marketing, and program experiencen
