We are hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist with 1-4 years of experience in running Google & Meta Ads app install (CPI) campaigns. In this role, you’ll manage mobile app user acquisition campaigns, drive ROI/ROAS through data-led optimization, and work closely with global clients.

nRoles & Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and scale user acquisition (app install) campaigns with a strong focus on Google & Meta Adsn




- Analyze campaign and post-install performance using tools like Appsflyer, Adjust, Amplitude, Firebasen
- Use data-driven insights to optimize for KPIs such as ROAS, LTV, and in-app engagementn
- Run A/B and Multivariate tests to improve campaign effectivenessn
- Maintain internal dashboards and track daily performancen
- Share weekly reports with clients, including performance insights and future strategiesn
- Collaborate with Account Managers on account strategyn
- Communicate regularly with clients to share updates and recommendationsn

nSkills & Requirements:

- 1-4 years of experience in PPC / User Acquisition, preferably in mobile app marketingn
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google & Meta Ad Campaignsn
- Experience with attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch) and analytics platforms (Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude)n
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data & Exceln
