nThe Opportunity
n

nWe are looking for a Country Sales Manager to lead the growth of Novaris in India.
n

nThis is a senior, hands-on commercial role for someone who knows the Indian electrical and industrial market and has a proven ability to develop recent business.
nThe successful candidate will take ownership of sales development across India, build relationships with major customers and consultants,



develop strategic opportunities and establish Novaris as a stronger presence in the Indian market.
nThis is not simply an account management position. We are looking for someone who can open doors, develop markets and convert opportunities into sustainable business.

nKey Responsibilities
n

n• Develop and execute the India sales and business development strategy
n• Build a strong national sales pipeline and deliver sustainable revenue growth
n• Develop business with MNCs, OEMs, EPCs, consultants, system integrators, panel builders and major end users
n• Develop opportunities across infrastructure, railways, industrial automation, energy, oil and gas, data centres and other critical industries
n• Manage and grow strategic key accounts
n• Work with consultants and engineering teams to establish Novaris solutions at the specification and design stage
n• Identify and develop suitable distributors and channel partn
