Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Management Trainee – Real Estate . The role is designed to provide practical exposure to various functions within the real estate business, including sales, business development, project operations, customer coordination, market research, and internal processes. The trainee will assist with day-to-day activities, coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, prepare reports, maintain documentation, support customer and project-related activities, and participate in site visits when required. The role provides structured learning, hands-on experience, and mentorship, preparing the trainee for increasing responsibilities and future career opportunities within the real estate industry.

- Strong willingness to learn and develop a career in the real estate industry , with a proactive and positive approach.
- Ability to understand and apply concepts related to real estate sales, business development, operations,



and project coordination .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with comfort working with data, reports, and basic spreadsheets.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to collaborate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Good organizational and time-management skills , with the ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up on action items, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools , particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; willingness to learn CRM and other business tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, Civil Engineering, Real Estate , or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
