About the Role
Homesara Decor is looking for a confident and highly motivated Architect & Interior Designer Relationship Executive to develop new business through architects, interior designers and design firms across Mumbai.
The primary responsibility will be to identify new architects/interior designers, meet them personally, build professional relationships, generate project enquiries and convert them into Homesara business.
This is a Business Development + Field Sales + Relationship Management position.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify new architects and interior designers across Mumbai.
- Visit architecture and interior-design offices/studios personally.
- Introduce Homesara Decor, our products, services and designer benefits.
- Develop solid long-term professional relationships with architects and interior designers.
- Understand their current requirements, vendors,



product preferences and project needs.
- Present Homesara's product range, pricing, service and special offers.
- Convince architects/interior designers to give Homesara an opportunity for their upcoming projects.
- Generate new project enquiries and sales opportunities.
- Follow up continuously on enquiries, quotations and upcoming projects.
- Convert architect/designer relationships into regular business.
- Maintain and develop a database of architects, interior designers and design firms.
- Coordinate with the internal sales team for quotations, samples, measurements and project execution.
- Maintain all meetings, leads, enquiries and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing and market trends.
- Achieve monthly business-development and sales targets.
