nAbout the Role As a Business Development Executive, you'll be the primary point of contact for prospective learners — understanding what they're trying to achieve and helping them find the right-fit program. You'll manage the full journey, from the very first interaction to enrollment, keeping the experience clear, trustworthy, and learner-first at every step.

- Manage learner conversations end-to-end, from first contact through to enrollmentn
- Understand each learner's goals and guide them with empathy and clarityn
- Handle follow-ups, objections, and decision-making supportn
- Keep interaction quality high and consistent across the boardn
- Log conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes accuratelyn
- Feed insights back to product, marketing, and program teamsn
- Grow relationships through calls, events, and networkingn
