nDelivery & Technical Leadership

- Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple projects covering Data, Reporting, and AI initiatives.n
- Actively participate in all phases of the SDLC – requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.n
- Provide hands-on technical guidance to teams on SQL, SSRS, Power BI, Python, and AI-based solutions.n
- Review solution designs, ensure adherence to best practices, and drive technical quality.n

nClient & Stakeholder Management

- n
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for client engagements.n
- Lead and conduct governance meetings with clients, including weekly and monthly reviews.n
- Manage dependencies, risks, and escalations in a structured and proactive manner.n

nCommercial & Governance Ownership
n
- n
- Own effort tracking, utilization, revenue tracking, and profitability for assigned accounts.n
- Ensure accurate planning, tracking, and reporting of project metrics.n




- Drive compliance with delivery governance, processes, and agreed quality benchmarks.n

nTeam Management

- n
- Mentor and guide project teams, including technical leads and developers.n
- Support task planning, allocation, and performance management.n
- Ensure continuity through knowledge sharing and backup planning.n

nMandatory Skills

- Strong expertise in SQL, Data Analysis, SSRS, MS Power BIn
- Working knowledge of Python and AI / Analytics solutionsn
- Proven experience in project / delivery management for data-driven programsn
- Excellent client communication and governance management skillsn
