About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive – Chemical Industry to drive business development, international sales and export marketing for our chemical products.
The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of relevant experience in chemical sales, international marketing, export sales or international business development , with strong exposure to B2B client acquisition, lead generation, negotiation and international client communication .
Key Responsibilities
- Generate current business opportunities and qualified leads from international markets.
- Identify and develop new customers, distributors and business opportunities.
- Handle international sales, export marketing and business development activities.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with international B2B customers.
- Communicate with overseas clients through email,



phone, online meetings and other business channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable chemical products.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and follow up for order conversion.
- Conduct price and commercial negotiations with customers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation → enquiry → quotation → negotiation → order conversion → customer follow-up .
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, production, logistics and export documentation.
- Conduct market research to identify new international markets and customers.
- Maintain sales pipeline, customer database and regular follow-up activities.
- Support achievement of business development and export sales targets.
