- As a Salesforce Administrator, you will manage and enhance the Salesforce platform, ensuring it effectively supports business requirements and delivers a seamless user experience.n
- Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, profiles, roles, and permission sets.n
- Administer and support Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud functionalities.n
- Build and manage reports, dashboards, workflows, validation rules, and automation using Flow.n
- Handle user management, access controls,



and data security requirements.n
- Perform data management activities including data imports, exports, deduplication, and data quality checks.n
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.n
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support and training.n
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive platform improvements.n
