- 3+ years of SAP experience with AMS/Support and Rollout Projects.n
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP APO Support (AMS).n
- Strong knowledge of SAP APO planning processes and standard business functionalities.n
- Experience in Enterprise Structure, Master Data troubleshooting, and Planning Book maintenance.n
- Experience in Forecast Validation, Planning Run Monitoring, and APO Job Monitoring.n
- Expertise in resolving CIF/Integration issues between ECC/S4HANA and APO.n
- Good understanding of customized business processes/templates.n
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.n
- Good communication and customer-facing skills.n
- Experience in handling incidents/tickets through tools like ServiceNow/ITSM.n
