Role Description The DGM / GM – HR role at Quantra Quartz is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The role involves overseeing end-to-end HR management, including the development and implementation of HR policies, employee lifecycle processes, performance management, and compliance with applicable labor laws. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing employee relations, handling grievances, supporting talent acquisition, and guiding leadership on people strategies.



The HR leader will also focus on human resource development initiatives such as training, succession planning, and organizational development to support growth and engage a diverse workforce. Collaboration with senior management to align HR practices with business goals and maintain a positive, inclusive work culture is a key part of this role.
Qualifications
