The candidate will be responsible for the physical implementation of high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits, ensuring compliance with technology design rules, matching requirements, and manufacturability constraints.

- Develop and implement custom analog, mixed-signal, and RF layouts for advanced semiconductor technologies.n
- Perform layout of critical analog blocks such as:n
- Operational Amplifiers (Op-Amps)n
- Bandgap Referencesn
- LDO Regulatorsn
- PLLsn
- ADCs/DACsn
- Charge Pumpsn
- Data Convertersn
- Ensure proper device matching, symmetry, shielding,



and parasitic optimization.n
- Conduct floorplanning and placement of analog blocks.n
- Perform layout verification activities:n
- DRC (Design Rule Check)n
- LVS (Layout Versus Schematic)n
- ERC (Electrical Rule Check)n
- Antenna Checksn
- Density Checksn
- Extract parasitics and support post-layout simulation and signoff activities.n
- Collaborate closely with circuit designers, verification engineers, and foundry teams.n
- Debug and resolve layout-related issues to meet performance, area, and schedule targets.n
- Follow foundry design guidelines and process-specific requirements.n
