Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Zonal Credit Manager to lead the credit function across South India for a leading financial services/NBFC organization.
nThe role will involve managing a team of credit professionals and overseeing the end-to-end credit function across the southern region, with a strong focus on credit quality, policy adherence, risk management, and business support.
nKey Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Zonal Credit team across South Indian
- Oversee credit appraisal, assessment, sanction and portfolio quality across the regionn
- Ensure effective implementation of credit policies, processes and risk frameworksn
- Drive portfolio monitoring and proactively identify credit risksn
- Partner closely with Sales and Business teams to enable quality business growthn
- Review complex/high-value credit proposals and provide sound credit recommendationsn
- Monitor portfolio performance, delinquency trends and early warning indicatorsn
- Coach, develop and manage the regional credit teamn
- Ensure strong governance,



compliance and adherence to internal credit guidelinesn
- Work closely with the National Credit Manager on regional credit strategy and portfolio performancen

nIdeal Profile
n10–15+ years of experience in Credit / Credit Underwriting / Risk Management
nStrong experience in retail lending / NBFC / financial services
nProven experience in team and regional/zonal credit management
nStrong understanding of credit assessment, underwriting and portfolio management
nStrong stakeholder management and decision-making skills
nCandidates currently based in Hyderabad or open to relocating will be preferred
