- Structure on-boarding training requirements, Pre Process, Process, customer Visits etcn
- Imparts New Hire Training to trainees from a classroom-training standpoint and ensure maximum knowledge retention resulting in better throughput.n
- Delivers Workflow Specific Modules pertaining to Adult videos, pornography, hate, violence, harmful & dangerous acts etc.n
- Participates in Client Calibration and ensure the latest updates in each meeting are cascaded to respective teamsn
- Ensures that all new employees go through the defined new learning path for their respective roles in the accountn
- Assists current hires during OJT and GO-liven
- Provides refresher and remedial training for existing employeesn
- Understands the role in making the world a safer place and builds a culture on similar lines during training periodn




- Maintains trainee data and information in a processed and structured mannern
- Generates training reports from time to time and reports closure to managern
- Assists in administrative tasks including creation of trainee roster, scheduling transport cabs etc.n
- Coaches trainees on the floor and delivers feedbackn
- Takes ownership in improving trainee performancen
- Analyses training needs for employees working for the accountn
- Responsible for account level Training metricsn
- Responsible for adhering to training standardization guidelines defined by the BU Training Functionn
