We are looking for exceptional candidates to build, assist and operate our AI-powered social media and content engine.
This role is for candidates who understand that social media is not manually making 3 posts a week.
It is AI + automation + creativity + strategy + speed + taste.

Job Responsibilities
You will build a repeatable system that takes us from:
IDEA → CONTENT → EDITING → APPROVAL → SCHEDULING → PUBLISHING → ANALYTICS → OPTIMISATION
across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and other relevant platforms.

Skills Required
* Advanced AI prompting
* AI image & video generation
* Reels and short-form video
* CapCut / Premiere / equivalent editing tools
* Instagram content strategy
* Content calendars
* Social media analytics
* Meta Business Suite
* Content repurposing
* AI-assisted copywriting
* Trend research
* Make / Zapier / n8n or similar automation tools
* Building repeatable AI workflows
* Experimenting with new AI tools and platforms





We are looking for candidates who:
* Thinks independently
* Moves extremely fast
* Is obsessed with AI
* Is constantly experimenting with recent tools
* Has exceptional visual taste
* Understands luxury positioning
* Can distinguish between beautiful content and cheap-looking content
* Understands hooks, retention, engagement and conversion
* Doesn’t need to be told what to do every 30 minutes
* Can take ownership of creating content.
