nClicksoft Solutions is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our U.S. IT staffing business through System Integrators, Tier-1 vendors, MSP/VMS programs, and strategic client partnerships.
nKey Responsibilities
nDevelop new business relationships with System Integrators and Tier-1 vendors.
nBuild and strengthen relationships with MSP/VMS program teams and vendor management organizations.
nIdentify new staffing opportunities and drive vendor onboarding/empanelment.
nDevelop relationships with decision-makers, procurement teams, program managers, and staffing leaders.
nGenerate and manage qualified staffing requirements and current accounts.
nExpand existing accounts and identify opportunities for additional business.
nCoordinate closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure timely candidate submissions and successful placements.




nMaintain an active pipeline of prospects, meetings, opportunities, and follow-ups.
nNegotiate staffing agreements, rates, and commercial terms with prospective partners.
nMeet defined business development, account acquisition, placement, and revenue targets.
nPreferred Experience
nStrong understanding of the U.S. IT staffing market.
nExisting relationships with System Integrators, Tier-1 vendors, MSPs, VMS programs, or enterprise clients are highly preferred.
nExperience in business development, account management, vendor partnerships, or staffing sales.
nStrong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.
nAbility to independently generate new accounts and convert relationships into staffing opportunities.
nPriority: Candidates with an established network and demonstrated ability to bring new System Integrator, Tier-1, MSP/VMS, or enterprise staffing relationships will be preferred.
