nKey Responsibilities:

- Lead the Quality function for the International E-Commerce verticaln
- Drive quality frameworks, audits, calibrations, and governancen
- Analyze performance data to identify improvement areas and implement action plansn
- Partner with Operations & Training teams to improve CSAT, FCR, and KPIsn
- Conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and implement corrective/preventive measuresn
- Mentor and develop the Quality team to achieve business goalsn
- Ensure compliance with client and organizational standardsn

nDesired Candidate Profile:

- n
- Proven experience in Quality leadership role in International BPO/E-Commerce processn
- Strong understanding of Quality tools, Six Sigma methodologies (preferred)n
- Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skillsn
- Robust analytical and data interpretation skillsn
- Experience managing North America clients/processes preferredn
- Ability to work in North America shiftsn
