nAbout the Role
nWe are hiring a Business Development Manager to lead sales growth, build solid relationships with dealers and distributors, and identify new business opportunities in the ceramics/tiles space. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with a strong network and a track record of hitting sales targets.
nKey Responsibilities

- Identify, approach, and onboard new dealers and distributors in target marketsn
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partnersn
- Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and market sharen
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and territoriesn
- Negotiate pricing, terms,



and agreements with dealers/distributorsn
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and share market feedback with managementn
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order fulfilmentn
- Represent JD Ceramic at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events as neededn
- Travel to meet dealers/clients and expand the distribution networkn

nSkills & Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in business development/sales, preferably in ceramics, tiles, sanitaryware, or a related building materials industryn
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsn
- Proven ability to generate leads and close dealsn
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targetsn
- Willingness to travel for dealer/client visitsn
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Word for reportingn
- A two-wheeler/valid driving license is a
