nWe are looking for energetic and target-driven Sr Business Development Executive to join our lead generation team. The role involves identifying and engaging with potential business customers, understanding their requirements, qualifying prospects, and generating high-quality sales opportunities.
nKey Responsibilities

- Generate qualified B2B leads through outbound calling and other approved channelsn
- Connect with decision-makers and key business stakeholdersn
- Understand customer requirements and identify relevant business opportunitiesn
- Qualify prospects based on defined lead qualification criterian
- Conduct follow-ups with prospects to generate qualified opportunitiesn
- Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly lead generation targetsn
- Maintain accurate customer information and activity in the CRMn
- Coordinate with the sales team for qualified lead handovern
- Handle basic objections and communicate the value proposition effectivelyn
- Consistently focus on improving lead quality and conversionn

nCandidate Requirements

- 1–5 years of experience in B2B tele calling, inside sales, lead generation, or business developmentn
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also applyn
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skillsn
- Good spoken English is mandatoryn
- Comfortable making outbound business callsn
- Ability to confidently communicate with decision-makersn
- Strong convincing and objection-handling skillsn
- Target-oriented and self-motivatedn
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel is an advantagen
