YouTube, and TikTokn
- Write captions and contribute ideas for social creatives and short-form videosn
- Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions across all platforms in a timely, brand-consistent voicen
- Monitor and respond to user reviews on Google, Trustpilot, App Store, and Play Storen
- Track reviews and escalate recurring concerns to relevant departments (product, support, etc.)n
- Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure timely campaign executionn
- Monitor competitors and platform trends; suggest proactive content ideasn
