Kestra Holdings is seeking a Junior Salesforce Developer to support the ongoing modernization and scale of our Salesforce ecosystem across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Marketing Cloud, and AI-enabled capabilities. This role is ideal for a Salesforce technologist who has a robust foundation in configuration and development concepts and is ready to grow through hands-on delivery in an enterprise environment.
You will work closely with Senior Developers,



the Technical Architect, Solution Architect, Product Owners, and cross-functional partners to configure, build, test, and document scalable platform solutions that improve advisor and home office experiences.
What Youll Do:
- Build and Configure Salesforce Solutions: Assist with Salesforce configuration and development using Flows, custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, custom metadata, Apex, and Lightning Web Components under senior technical guidance.
- Support User Stories and Technical Delivery: Translate defined requirements and acceptance criteria into clear technical tasks, partnering with Product Owners, Senior Developers, and architects to clarify scope and expected outcomes.
