Job Summary

The VFX Institute is looking for a highly motivated and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our Admissions Team. This role involves counseling prospective students, following up with inquiries, and converting leads into admissions. Candidates should be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and be driven to achieve monthly admission targets.

This is a target-oriented role with attractive performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, fees, and the admission process.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by providing effective counseling.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Sales-focused mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- Experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Admissions, or Education Counselling is preferred.
