Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader - AR Calling with strong expertise in team handling, client management, and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, client-facing experience, and the ability to drive team performance, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of AR Callers to achieve operational targets.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and revenue generation metrics.
- Handle client communication, escalations, and performance reviews.
- Ensure timely follow-up on insurance claims and outstanding receivables.
- Review team performance and provide coaching, mentoring, and training.
- Analyze reports and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Manage workflow distribution and ensure SLA adherence.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients for issue resolution.
- Prepare and present operational reports to management and clients.
- Maintain high standards of compliance, quality,



and process efficiency.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Hands-on experience in AR Calling and Denial Management.
- Proven experience in Team Handling and Client Handling.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting.

Eligibility

- Any Graduate or Post Graduate.
- Minimum 6 to 9 years of experience in AR Calling/Medical Billing.
- Minimum 1 year of Team Lead experience is mandatory.
- Experience in managing client interactions and business reviews is required.
