- Responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance of industrial electrical equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in machines, control panels, motors, and electrical systems.
- Perform regular inspections of electrical panels, motors, VFDs, and PLC systems.
- Ensure the smooth operation of electrical equipment and minimize machine downtime.
- Handle electrical installation, commissioning, and maintenance of machines.
- Maintain electrical safety standards and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
- Monitor and maintain power distribution systems, transformers, and DG sets.
- Coordinate with the production team to resolve electrical breakdowns and machine-related issues.
- Maintain daily maintenance reports, breakdown records, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Manage electrical spare parts and coordinate with vendors for maintenance requirements.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring electrical breakdowns.
- Implement 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities in the maintenance department.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and workplace safety standards.
- Support energy-saving initiatives and monitor electricity consumption.




- Supervise and guide technicians and electricians during maintenance activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 25 years of experience in Electrical Maintenance in a Manufacturing Industry.
- Solid knowledge of industrial electrical systems, machinery, and equipment maintenance.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting motors, PLCs, VFDs, control panels, and sensors.
- Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
- Experience in machine installation, commissioning, and electrical fault finding.
- Good understanding of electrical safety standards and industrial safety practices.
- Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with production and maintenance teams.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
- Candidates from manufacturing, automotive, engineering, or industrial machinery industries will be preferred.
