- Recruit and onboard current insurance advisors/agents.
- Train and motivate agents to sell life insurance policies.
- Support agents in lead generation and client meetings.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets through the agency team.
- Build strong relationships with agents and customers.
- Conduct team meetings and training sessions for life advisors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDA guidelines.
- Help agents close sales and resolve customer queries.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 15 years of experience in sales (insurance/banking/financial services preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
