Job Title: Business Development Executive Project Outsourcing & Staff Augmentation

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Business Development professional with experience in project outsourcing and staff augmentation to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals in IT/technology services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in project outsourcing and staff augmentation.

- Build and manage robust relationships with clients and partners.

- Understand client requirements and propose suitable outsourcing or staffing solutions.

- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

- Collaborate with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure successful execution.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in business development for project outsourcing and/or staff augmentation.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

- Ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.

- Knowledge of IT services and staffing models is preferred.
